Color Grading

Whether shot on a prosumer device, or a high end cinema camera, color grading and finishing have become integral parts of the post-production process. By utilizing DeVinci Resolve and professionally calibrated monitors, we can help you achieve the look that you are after while making sure that all of your delivery specs are met.

VFX & CGI EFFECTS

A well crafted visual effect shot is akin to modern-day magic, integrating seamlessly into the footage and completely fooling the audience. From gun muzzle-flashes to spaceships on alien planets to animated logos, our skilled team always strives to achieve the highest quality and most believable results.

Compositing

A visual effect element, or an actor against green screen, needs to be carefully integrated into the footage. Great compositing is an artform that requires a meticulous attention to detail as well as a deep understanding of how light and surfaces interact together. Thankfully our compositors have both in spades.

Camera & Motion Tracking

Integrating visual effects elements into moving footage requires careful analysis of the camera movement in order to create a virtual camera that mimics the movements of the real camera with astounding precision. By utilizing specialized tools we can achieve perfect camera solves even on challenging handheld shots.

Rotoscoping

Sometimes it was not possible to shoot against a green or blue screen on set. This is where rotoscoping can save the day. By carefully tracing over a desired element or an actor frame by frame, we can isolate the desired element from the background so that it may be composited into a completely different setting.

Paint-Outs

Did a P.A. accidentally walk into your perfect take? Did the boom-microphone intend to photobomb your shot? Is that urban house actually supposed to look like it's in the middle of a field? No problem, our team will paint-out the extraneous elements and eliminate any undesired distractions.

Supervision & Consulting

The key to a successful visual effect shot begins on the set. Making sure that the right data and elements are obtained from the shooting location can make a difference between a successful execution of your vision or one that is impossible to achieve. We can assist to make sure that the post-production team gets what they need.

Set Extensions

Wether you are shooting on a small soundstage, or the exteriors don't look like what you envisioned, we can help. Set extensions involve the creation of background elements that can blend seamlessly with your set. This can also help with otherwise potentially dangerous shots by allowing to shoot in safer conditions.

Beauty & FX Make-Up

We can diminish or erase blemishes from your actors' faces, make them appear younger, or perhaps older. We can add gory virtual fx make-up to make them look like zombies or aliens. We can even create digital gunshot wounds, bleeding, scars and tattoos to save you precious time during your shoot.
